About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Team Leader to support our dynamic parts department. You will lead a team of dedicated spare parts professionals, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, delivering excellent customer service, and driving continuous improvements in the department's processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in one of the most respected automotive groups in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Support the Team: Motivate, coach, and guide a team of spare parts staff to create a positive and high-performing culture.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of the parts department, including order processing, sales, and parts distribution, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Accuracy & Timely Delivery: Ensure parts are accurately interpreted and supplied on time to meet customer and operational needs.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to improve department efficiency, workflow, and team development, ensuring ongoing growth and performance.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven Experience: Solid background in automotive parts, with in-depth knowledge of parts sales operations.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership ability to motivate, coach, and guide a team, driving both individual and collective success.
  • Communication & Organization: Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate with team members, customers, and other departments.
  • Decision-Making Ability: Ability to problem-solve, make clear, confident decisions, and manage issues effectively.
  • Customer-Focused: A customer-focused mindset with a keen attention to detail, ensuring the highest standard of service and satisfaction.
