Job Overview

The HR Business Analyst role focuses on strategic HR technology, process optimization, and collaboration to support the People team globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate into clear problem statements, scope, requirements, and solutions.
  • Define functional and non-functional requirements to ensure high-quality, reliable solutions.
  • Contribute to project delivery from small coordination to complex change projects and systems implementations.
  • Document processes and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Create test plans and scenarios from requirements.
  • Present analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders and align on path forward.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Procurement, Finance, and People.
  • Manage complexity and shape ways of working as the organization scales.
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience in complex HR projects analyzing and redesigning processes or delivering projects in medium to large enterprises.
  • Strong understanding of HR technology; experience implementing complex HR tools as part of an HR technology roadmap is essential.
  • Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, creating test plans, and translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • Systems thinking mindset with ability to connect processes, people, and platforms and understand upstream/downstream impacts.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to influence senior leaders in a matrixed organization.
  • Solutions-oriented with ability to balance big-picture thinking and immediate actions without compromising quality.
