About the Role

This is a key contributor position in our organisation that requires technical expertise and problem-solving skills to deliver HR and Payroll solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with staff across the business to provide specialist advice on process design, testing, and implementation.

  • Develop and implement compliant and user-friendly solutions for future-ready operations.
  • Provide hands-on support to staff through design, testing, and adoption of new processes.
The Skills and Experience You'll Bring

Advanced knowledge of HR and payroll processes, including industrial awards, employment legislation, superannuation, taxation, and compliance obligations.

Proven experience with HR/Payroll systems implementation and configuration, with a strong focus on data validation and testing methods.

Ability to translate complex rules into practical processes and test scenarios.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to advise staff on best practice and help teams adapt to new systems.
