Job Title: Strategic HR Insights Specialist

The role of the Strategic HR Insights Specialist plays a crucial part in supporting organizational effectiveness by leveraging data analysis and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.

  • Utilize HR workforce data to create, implement, and continuously improve reports and dashboards that inform business strategy;
  • Support the optimization of human resources by understanding and leveraging people-related data to drive talent management initiatives;
  • Provide expert advice and support on human resource information system (HRIS) related matters;
  • Contribute to various projects as directed by senior leaders.

Requirements:

  • Proven accuracy and attention to detail in work deliverables;
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Demonstrated experience in analyzing data and preparing reports with recommendations and insights;
  • Able to set priorities and meet deadlines across diverse workload.
