We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Strategic HR & Payroll Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our business by providing expert advice on HR and payroll solutions.

Job Description
  • Design and implement effective HR and payroll processes that meet our organizational needs.
  • Provide specialist advice on HR and payroll matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain HR and payroll systems.
  • Analyze complex HR and payroll data to inform business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in HR and payroll management, including industrial awards, EBAs, employment legislation, superannuation, taxation, and compliance obligations.
  • Hands-on experience with HR/Payroll systems implementation, preferably Technology One HRP.
  • Ability to translate HR and payroll rules into practical processes and test scenarios.
  • Degree or Diploma in Payroll, Finance, Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
