About the Role

As a Receptionist with CBRE, you will be working in a high-performance team within one of our flagship Global Finance clients. Reporting directly to the Assistant Facilities Manager and working within a collaborative and supportive team, you will be responsible for managing phone calls, meeting rooms booking and service beverage to all guests.

Key Responsibilities

Enhance visitors' stay, engage guests in welcoming conversations that enriches their overall experience whilst ensuring safety and security protocols are adhered to.

Create inviting atmosphere by ensuring the spaces are clean, organized, comfortable and making the facility a hassle-free environment for everyone.

Be the ambassador of comfort, the go-to person for all things related to office environment. From setting up cutting-edge technology in meeting rooms to ensuring the pantry is stocked.

Performs daily floor walks and facilities inspections and prepares reports as required

Responds to client inquiries, complaints and issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Assists in obtaining vendor quotes and approvals and raising Purchase Orders in systems

Ensuring Work Health & Safety is adhered to and monthly safety observations recorded

Computer literate, and willing to learn and manage internal systems

Requirements
