About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Receptionist to join our team in Sydney CBD. As a key member of our corporate environment, you will be responsible for managing phone calls, meeting rooms, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.

Job Summary

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a prestigious financial institution and be part of a high-performance team. You will report directly to the Assistant Facilities Manager and work collaboratively with a supportive team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage phone calls, meeting rooms booking, and provide beverage services to all guests.
  • Enhance visitor experience by engaging in welcoming conversations and ensuring safety and security protocols are adhered to.
  • Create a comfortable atmosphere by maintaining clean, organized, and inviting spaces.
  • Be the ambassador of comfort and go-to person for all things related to office environment.
  • Perform daily floor walks and facilities inspections and prepare reports as required.
  • Respond to client inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in obtaining vendor quotes and approvals and raising Purchase Orders in systems.
  • Ensure Work Health & Safety is adhered to and monthly safety observations recorded.

  • Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft Packages – Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Estimated Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum
