Product Lifecycle Manager

We are seeking a skilled Product Lifecycle Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing pre- and post-order activities, including costing, sampling, packaging, and tracking milestones to ensure timely delivery. This involves coordinating with global teams across different regions to resolve issues and queries related to seasonal range development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product lifecycles from conception to distribution, ensuring seamless integration of production, logistics, and customer service.
  • Develop and maintain product attributes and costing details in central systems, enabling data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and coordinate Production Spec Packs, wholesale catalogues, and price lists.
  • Implement effective sample management strategies to optimize product quality and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • High-level administrative skills with ability to prioritize tasks under competing deadlines.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Background in import/export, logistics, or product coordination is desirable but not essential.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office suite skills, with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
