Product Lifecycle Manager

This role involves overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from research and planning to launch and optimization. As a Product Lifecycle Manager, you will be responsible for developing marketing plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and owning the go-to-market strategy for all product launches.

  • Strategic Planning: Define product strategies and own the product portfolio roadmap, aligning it with company objectives and market needs.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from introduction to phase-out. Monitor product performance, identify optimization opportunities, and make recommendations for pricing and promotions.
  • Marketing Execution: Lead the implementation of the portfolio's marketing plan and collaborate with the Marketing Services Manager to develop content and sales tools.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the voice of the customer within internal teams and deliver training to sales teams and channel partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a results-driven professional with strong strategic thinking and excellent communication skills. A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field is required. You must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in product management or similar roles, ideally within the HVAC or related technical industries.
