About the RoleThe Everyday Business Banking team focuses on delivering transformative technology and products that cater to the needs of small to medium enterprises, as well as regional and agribusiness customers. As a product manager, you will be responsible for driving outcomes across the product lifecycle, including launching new features, monitoring performance, and meeting regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities- Drive product strategy and planning
- Monitor and improve product performance
- Meet key regulatory, operational risk, and product governance requirements
- Optimise customer experience
- 3+ years in product management, banking, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in product strategy and execution
- Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate with others
