Key Responsibilities
  • Manage product lifecycle for a legacy portfolio with high market share.
  • Develop local marketing plans for disposable products in line with Global Marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with distributors and Business Development Partners on collateral, training & promotional activities.
  • Collect customer feedback through visits, calls, webinars etc., and address complaints efficiently.
  • Work closely with Business Development Partners, particularly inside sales, to create material supporting portfolio usage.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Communicate key information to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in science, business or related fields, or relevant commercial work experience.
  • Experience in marketing or sales roles within the healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Must be enthusiastic, willing to take on new challenges with strong business acumen.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to plan, manage and complete projects of moderate complexity.
  • Effective influencing and motivating skills without direct authority.
  • Self-starter with ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional settings.
  • Ability to research, analyse, interpret and maximise market intelligence.
  • Solid computer skills, with experience in CRM programs an advantage.
