Product Lifecycle Manager

The Product Lifecycle Manager takes ownership of existing products and processes to ensure they are commercially sound, customer-focused, and operationally efficient.
This involves managing the lifecycle of products, tracking and analysing performance data, and partnering with cross-functional teams to address gaps and improve processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage product enhancements, fixes, and updates to meet customer needs and commercial goals.
- Track financial metrics, cost-to-serve, and customer feedback to inform improvement decisions.
- Partner with teams to streamline processes and ensure products remain fit-for-purpose.
- Own product-related documentation, roadmaps, and reporting.
- Drive process improvement using Lean Six Sigma principles to strengthen scalability and efficiency.
- Act as a hub for product and process accountability, ensuring clear ownership and operational readiness.
- 5+ years' experience in product management, process optimisation, or commercial operations.
- Background in financial services, specifically asset finance, fleet management, or novated leasing (highly desirable).
- Strong commercial acumen, with ability to analyse profitability and financial levers.
- Hands-on experience improving broken or inefficient processes using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, able to work across senior leadership, commercial teams, and operational units.
- Ability to interpret customer data, feedback, and operational metrics into actionable improvements.
- Curiosity and resilience, a self-starter who takes ownership and runs with opportunities.
- Exposure to regulatory, risk, and compliance frameworks.
