Job Title: Teacher - Educational Improvement Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Teacher to join our team as an Educational Improvement Specialist. This role will focus on improving student performance and educational outcomes through the development and implementation of school policies and priorities.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of curriculum design and implementation, as well as experience in monitoring and assessing student learning. They will also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, colleagues, and the broader school community.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the relevant curriculum, including literacy and numeracy skills
  • Experience in responding to student learning needs
  • Experience in planning and implementing high-impact teaching strategies, guided by how students learn
  • Ability to evaluate the impact of learning and teaching programs on student learning growth
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
