About the Job:

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Program Manager to spearhead the technical delivery of sophisticated system upgrades for our Air Traffic System (ATS) Capability Assurance Program.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead the technical planning and implementation of major system upgrades, including development of technical specifications, interface requirements, and integration strategies.

You will direct the development and implementation of security accreditation artifacts, ensuring compliance with defence certification requirements.

The successful candidate will have experience in technical leadership roles managing complex system integration projects and demonstrated ability to analyse and solve difficult problems involving multiple variables across various functions and specialties.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical planning and implementation of major system upgrades.
  • Direct the development and implementation of security accreditation artifacts.
  • Guide complex system integration activities.
  • Oversee verification testing, site surveys, and transition planning.
  • Manage technical relationships with key vendors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical leadership roles managing complex system integration projects.
  • Proven ability to analyse and solve difficult problems.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
