Project Manager Position

  • This is a high-level management role where you will spearhead the implementation of system upgrades across multiple sites.

The position involves leading technical personnel and overseeing integrated logistic support activities. You will work with industry-leading COTS solutions, managing key relationships with global technology partners.

A successful candidate for this project manager role must have experience in technical leadership roles managing complex system integration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement security accreditation artifacts to ensure compliance with defence certification requirements.
  2. Guide complex system integration activities, including hardware modifications and interface management.
  3. Oversee verification testing, site surveys, and transition planning across multiple locations.
  4. Lead integrated project teams, ensuring coordination between engineering implementation and supportability requirements.
  5. Manage technical relationships with key subcontractors to ensure effective integration of their COTS solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical leadership roles managing complex system integration projects.
  • Proven ability to analyze and solve difficult problems involving multiple variables.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in external customer and vendor relationships.
  • Experience in developing and executing operational plans with measurable contributions to functional outcomes.
