Integrated Logistics Support Opportunity

A critical national infrastructure upgrade program is underway to enhance Australia's military air traffic control capabilities. This presents a significant investment in maintaining sovereign defence capabilities and ensuring the continued safe operation of military aviation.

You will play a key role in developing and implementing comprehensive support strategies for major system upgrades across multiple military sites.

The role requires conducting reliability, availability, and maintainability modelling to inform support requirements and validate sustainment strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting reliability, availability, and maintainability modelling to inform support requirements and validate sustainment strategies.
  • Developing comprehensive logistics support documentation including maintenance plans, technical data, and training requirements.
  • Analysing and documenting transition impacts from legacy to the upgraded systems.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of site-specific transition plans.
  • Creating and maintaining logistics support strategies ensuring operational capability through transition and beyond.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • University degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in integrated logistics support analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience in reliability, maintainability, and availability modelling.
  • Proven ability to develop technical documentation and support strategies.
  • Understanding of systems engineering and maintenance support principles.
