Lead System Integration Project

We are seeking a dynamic professional to spearhead the technical delivery of sophisticated system upgrades and provide oversight of both technical personnel and integrated logistic support activities.

The successful candidate will lead the technical planning and implementation of major system upgrades, including development of technical specifications, interface requirements, and integration strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Technical planning and implementation of major system upgrades
  • Development and implementation of security accreditation artifacts
  • Complex system integration activities
  • Verification testing and site surveys
  • Integrated project team management
  • Technical relationships with key stakeholders

Candidates must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in technical leadership roles managing complex system integration projects
  • Proven ability to analyze and solve difficult problems involving multiple variables across various functions and specialties
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in developing and executing operational plans

Desirable qualifications and experience include:

  • Experience with air traffic control systems or defence communication systems
  • Knowledge of voice communication systems and integration architectures
  • Understanding of defence security accreditation processes
  • Previous experience working with government projects
