Job Title: Project IPT Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled technical leader to spearhead the delivery of sophisticated system upgrades for our Australian Defence Air Traffic System (ADATS) Capability Assurance Program (CAP) Tranche 2.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex system integration projects, with a strong ability to analyze and solve difficult problems involving multiple variables across various functions and specialties.

  • Develop and implement technical strategies for major system upgrades, including specification development, interface management, and integration planning.
  • Direct the development and implementation of security accreditation artifacts, ensuring compliance with defence certification requirements.
  • Guide complex system integration activities, including hardware modifications and interface management.
  • Oversee verification testing, site surveys, and transition planning across multiple RAAF locations.
  • Manage technical relationships with key subcontractors to ensure effective integration of their COTS solutions.
