We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communications Manager to join our team at Lendi Group. As a key member of our communications team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering authentic, credible, and positive internal communications campaigns that engage and inform our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Communication Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive communication plans that align with our business objectives and support key initiatives.
- Build Strong Relationships: Foster effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders, teams, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Content Creation and Management: Develop high-quality written and visual materials that convey our vision, mission, and brand narrative, including messaging platforms, presentations, intranet/wiki content, digital screen collateral, podcasts, videos, blogs, and more.
- Brand Integrity and Consistency: Ensure that all communication pieces meet our brand standards and maintain a consistent tone and voice across all channels.
- Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with our marketing team to understand campaign goals and messaging, translating them into engaging visual narratives that drive employee and stakeholder support, awareness, and productivity.
- Agile Communication Management: Use agile boards to capture communication initiatives and manage our Lendi Group Corporate LinkedIn profile.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media developments, and cultural moments to implement relevant and timely content into our social strategy.
- Tertiary Degree in Communications: A degree in communications or a related field is essential for this role.
- Experience in Corporate Communications: At least 5 years of experience in corporate communications and change management is required.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively engage with stakeholders and convey our message.
- Research, Editing, and Proofreading: Demonstrated research, editing, and proofreading expertise is essential for creating high-quality content.
- Stakeholder Management and Influencing: Strong learning agility, stakeholder management skills, and influencing ability are required to build effective relationships and drive business outcomes.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Confluence, Jira, Slack, and other communications tools and software is necessary for this role.
- Finance or Tech Experience: Experience working within a finance company and/or tech startup is highly desirable.
