About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Strategic Communications to join our team at Tal Services Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our strategic communications plan, ensuring that our message is clear, consistent, and effective across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy that aligns with our business objectives and goals.
  • Lead the creation and dissemination of key messages, press releases, and other communications materials to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of communications initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and community groups.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communications initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in strategic communications, with a strong track record of developing and implementing successful communications campaigns.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and stories.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and community groups.
