The Senior Manager, Customer Communications ANZ, plays a key role in shaping our ANZ communications strategy. This role requires a seasoned professional with a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Strategic Communications – Lead the development of customer communications programs that drive engagement and loyalty across the ANZ region.
• Foster Stakeholder Relationships – Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including ANZ GTM teams, Product and Technology Communications, and global functions.
• Create Compelling Content – Design and develop impactful content that simplifies complex product and technical concepts for small businesses, accountants, and bookkeepers.
• Champion ANZ Communication Needs – Work closely with the ANZ GTM and global functions to advocate for the unique needs of the ANZ business and communications teams.
