Securities Finance Specialist

Seeking an experienced Securities Finance professional to provide operational support for the Securities Lending & Cash Reinvestment Trading desks.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide day-to-day operational support for Securities Lending & Cash Reinvestment Trading desks
- Monitor client sales and ensure adequate inventory for settlement
- Collaborate with the trade desk to manage positions for proxy events, buffer management, MSCI rebalance, client sales, and client transitions
- Monitor Securities Lending trades to ensure settlement, liaise directly with counterparties and agent banks
- Process and monitor Reinvestment Desk trades to ensure settlement
- Manage Collateral - ensure sufficient collateral is maintained at all times for the stock on loan in Discretionary program, including cash & non-cash collateral, and bilateral repos
- Review and report on daily compliance data
- Provide metrics and associated commentary to senior operations managers
- Drive efficiencies, utilizing digital tools such as Tableau and Python
- Implement changes to the control and automation agendas
The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of Global Financial Markets, minimum 2 years of experience in Securities Lending, Collateral Management, Settlements or Trade Support/Middle Office role, and proven track record in a busy/dynamic operations environment with ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
