A specialist government organisation requires an experienced Finance Administrator for a 9 month temp contract role
Your new role
Working with the Finance Manager your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining Accounts Payable processes
- Approvals and coding of invoices
- Reconciliations
- Payments and Vendor reports
- Corporate Credit Card statement management
- Ensuring outsourced payment runs are correct and on time
- Supporting the team with updating fixed assets register
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong Accounts Payable experience
- A good understanding of Accounts Receivable
- Accounting qualifications - diploma or degree level
- Good Excel and ERP systems experience
- Able to manage a small AP function and support finance with other ad hoc tasks
- Good communication skills dealing with internal departments and outsourced providers
