Senior ServiceNow Consultant Defence Digital Modernisation Expert

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to join our Defence Digital Modernisation team. As a key member of our ServiceNow Platform team, you will be responsible for enhancing the value of our ServiceNow investment through leading improvement initiatives, translating business and technical requirements into effective solutions, and guiding technical governance and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, test, and maintain ServiceNow components and workflows, ensuring alignment with business needs and user training.
- Configure modules and design integrations with enterprise applications.
- Collaborate on platform operating models and ensure solutions are cyber-security compliant and cost-effective.
- Drive automation, optimize data integration, and support platform governance.
- Work with various teams to manage platform reliability, provide documentation, and mentor colleagues.
- Engage with stakeholders to document requirements, manage tasks, and contribute to project success.
- Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow expertise, with experience in translating business needs into ServiceNow solutions.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect or Certified System Administrator) preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and ITIL Certification highly regarded.
Please note that the successful candidate will be an Australian Citizen with a Baseline or higher level Australian Security Clearance.
