At our audiology clinic, we're seeking a talented and experienced Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and support our clinical team.
Key Responsibilities:- Reception Duties:
- Welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Respond to inquiries regarding services and products
- Manage appointment bookings
- Supporting Clinical Team:
- Prepare client files and ensure they are up to date
- Order hearing aids and receive the correct devices
- Stock clinical rooms and prepare for clinicians
- Action items as required by clinicians
- Administration Duties:
- Maintain accurate administrative notes and files on our office management system
- Invoice patients and third-party funders
- Receive stock deliveries
- Process payments and claims from third-party funders
We require someone with excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
This role demands intermediate computer proficiency, adaptability to new software systems, and experience in face-to-face customer service, reception, and office administration tasks.
You should be proactive, able to multitask, and possess excellent time management skills.
