Responsibilities:- Support clinic operations and enhance customer experiences
- Work alongside clinicians and hearing technicians to deliver high-quality hearing healthcare outcomes
- Learn about products, services, and government funding programs to apply tailored sales strategies

Requirements:- Previous experience in administration or customer service, preferably in retail, hearing care, pharmacy, or allied health sectors
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with empathy for clients
- Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE qualification
- Proficiency in computer skills
