This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and customer-centric individual to join our talented team based at our Croydon Clinic. As someone who loves helping others, you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing hearing screening checks and hearing aid maintenance (full training provided)
  • Providing face-to-face and phone-based customer support
  • Confirming and scheduling customer appointments through diary and inbox management
  • Sourcing external lead generation opportunities and rolling out local marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement
  • Assisting clinics to perform more effectively through reporting and solution follow-ups
  • Providing administrative support to audiologists and the clinic

To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:

  • Previous experience in a face-to-face customer service or retail role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good computer skills and be tech-savvy
  • Sales experience with targets and KPIs preferred
  • Previous administration experience an advantage, but full training will be provided
