Hearing Healthcare Specialist

HearClear Audiology's leading provider of hearing healthcare seeks an individual with excellent customer service skills to work in their Hearing Clinic.
About this role:
- Offer exceptional customer experiences as the first point of contact in the customer journey
- Provide administrative support, including appointment scheduling and claims management, reception duties, invoicing, processing and filing documents, and minor hearing aid repairs
Training and full support will be provided to ensure success.
This role requires a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team, excellent organisational skills, flexibility to cover leave of other staff members, and willingness to learn basic repair and maintenance of hearing aids.
