Senior Civil Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager to lead our projects in the Mackay region.

This is an ideal opportunity for a senior civil engineer or site engineer/project engineer looking to take on a more senior project management role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead teams to execute project life cycles, including planning, design, and construction.
  • Utilize sound consultation and conflict avoidance skills to manage projects to TMR or other authority body policies, standards, and specifications.
  • Develop estimates of time and costs, create budgets, document progress, and generate charts and schedules.
  • Manage risks and issues, have exposure to TMR policies, standards, and specifications, and establish effective working relationships.
  • Develop strong computer literacy in industry programs, organising and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification accepted by the Institution of Engineers Australia as a full Member (MIEAust).
  • Valid driver's license and own mobile phone.
  • Right to work in Australia with well-developed interpersonal and consultative skills and a current driver's license.
