Senior Civil Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Mackay. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills to drive purposeful work that supports the future of the land infrastructure sector.

About the Role:

  • You will take a lead role on civil design infrastructure projects, maintaining involvement from the bid stage through to design and ultimate successful project delivery.
  • Work closely with a team of civil engineers, designers, and drafters to contribute to the design and construction of civil infrastructure across a broad range of private and government projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering innovative solutions to meet their needs.
  • Grow your technical skills and leadership abilities within the team with guidance from a large support network.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to explore creative and efficient solutions to project needs.

About You:

  • You blend technical knowledge with empathy and big-picture thinking.
  • You thrive in dynamic environments, build meaningful connections, and are motivated by purposeful work.
  • You have a relevant engineering degree and at least 5 years' post-graduate experience in Civil Engineering.
  • You have excellent collaboration and communication skills with a wide range of people.
  • You're willing to question the status quo and offer new perspectives.
