Industrial Digital Transformation Consultant

As a seasoned professional in industrial digital transformation, you will lead the development and execution of strategies aligned with client business objectives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital transformation strategies to drive innovation, efficiency, and long-term value.
  • Oversee the delivery of complex digital programs, ensuring alignment with agile methodologies and industry best practices.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and programs of work, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) with knowledge of MES integration to ERP, LIMS and middleware.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Apply strategic thinking to identify opportunities for innovation and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

  • Tertiary qualification in Chemical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience delivering digital programs in industrial sectors.
  • Extensive experience with MES systems, knowledge of MES integration (ERP, LIMS) and middleware.
  • Proven track record managing digital programs and applying agile methodologies and industry best practices.
  • Industry experience in Chemicals, Oil and Gas, and Mining.
  • Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence across stakeholder groups.
