Strategic Project Lead

Harris Maternity is a leading supplier of digital maternity solutions, providing care to 2 out of 3 babies in Australia.
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to implement our products using best practices and provide expertise throughout the value chain.
This full-time role offers flexible hybrid working arrangements, allowing you to work from home a couple of days a week and spend three days in the office.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Project Planning: Define project objectives, scope, roles, and responsibilities.
- Resource Management: Manage resource requirements, availability, and allocation – both internal and third-party.
- Budgeting and Cost Tracking: Outline a budget based on requirements and track costs to deliver projects on budget.
- Project Scheduling: Prepare a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams, and activities.
- Project Delivery: Manage delivery of the project according to the plan.
- Project Reporting: Track project progress and provide regular reports on project status to the project team and key stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Client Relationship Management: Manage relationships and communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure project satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 3 Years' Experience: As a project manager or similar role.
- Software Engineering Knowledge: Understanding of software engineering concepts.
- Enterprise Technology Delivery: Experience delivering technology projects in an enterprise environment.
- Management Skills: Leadership qualities, excellent problem-solving ability, and management skills.
- Business Analysis: Experience in business analysis, including translating user needs into functional or technical requirements.
- ITIL Frameworks: Understanding of ITIL frameworks and their use within service delivery environments.
