Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our Core HCM and Payroll Transformation project. This is a long-term contract opportunity with a hybrid work model.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, controlling, and managing the delivery of the project over its full lifecycle (design, build, test, deployment) to meet the agreed business needs. They will identify and utilize the necessary resources and skills within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality.

Project Overview

The Core HCM and Payroll Transformation project aims to replace the existing platform securing employee data and transactions, simplifying and standardizing processes, and providing a front door for employees to easily access information. Our client's goal is to empower the business and reduce reliance on P&C for daily people tasks.

Key Skills & Responsibilities
  • Proven management of large payroll and core HCM transformation projects from conception to implementation, realizing program objectives.
  • Able to manage large-scale, complex projects on time, on budget, and with quality.
  • Influencing program outcomes beyond span of control and brokering consensus among stakeholders with conflicting needs and expectations.
  • Delivering defined business benefits under cost pressures.
  • Managed HCM transformations including business and technology streams, business process reengineering, and SI partnering.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading transformation projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering results under pressure.
