Learning Experience Specialist

This is a dynamic role that requires an innovative approach to enhancing the capabilities and performance of our team. As a Learning Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal part in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that drive engagement, retention, and performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult learning principles, instructional design, and project management. They will be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify needs, co-design solutions, and ensure strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality learning content across various formats (workshops, digital modules, manuals) that aligns with business goals and adult learning principles
  • Deliver training sessions, including inductions and upskilling programs, while supporting learner success through assessment and feedback
  • Manage multiple learning projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic priorities
  • Review and enhance existing programs with evidence-based recommendations and continuous improvement
  • Leverage learning technologies to improve accessibility and scalability of training
  • Drive quality through insights, advising on capability uplift and embedding quality-focused practices across teams

About the Role:

This is a hybrid position based in Melbourne, with three days a week in the office and the option to work remotely for part of your working week. You will be part of our Communication Services team, reporting directly to our Leadership.
