Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Learning Strategist to design and deliver tailored learning experiences that empower our people and drive business results.

This key role involves collaborating with leaders to identify development needs, creating engaging learning solutions, and managing end-to-end programs.

About the Role:
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to develop a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with our organisational priorities.
  • Design and deliver innovative learning experiences, including digital content, workshops, and coaching initiatives.
  • Manage program logistics, vendor engagement, and evaluation processes to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Apply adult learning principles to ensure knowledge retention and application.
  • Leverage data insights to inform continuous improvement of our learning offerings.

You will also support broader Organisational Development initiatives, including talent management, leadership development, and change management.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to think creatively and design engaging learning experiences.
