Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Strategist to lead our student success initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring students receive the support they need to thrive.

As a Learning Support Strategist, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies that promote student success. This includes identifying learners at risk and coordinating interventions to support retention and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance student success procedures, ensuring alignment with relevant legislation and institutional requirements.
  • Coordinate interventions to support learner retention and wellbeing.
  • Provide expert guidance and high-level support to staff across teaching, wellbeing, and support services.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with external organisations and community partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in learning support, case management, and supporting diverse learners.
  • Relevant qualification or significant equivalent experience.
  • Excellent organisational, administrative, and technical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
