Chief Security Strategist

We are seeking an experienced security leader to join our team.
- This role involves defining and leading the implementation of business-aligned architectural strategies for workforce identity, security, employee-facing technology platforms, and more.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise technologies, security technology and controls, workforce identity and access management technologies, cloud technologies, software architecture patterns, and Agile methodologies.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and leading the implementation of business-aligned architectural strategies
- Ensuring the architectural integrity and scalability of our security systems and staff-facing platforms
- Guiding the selection of technologies and the design of solutions that are secure, robust, and scalable
- Driving the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and best practices
