Job Title: Chief Financial Strategist

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our financial operations.

  • Oversee the financial close process and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement effective solutions to drive business outcomes and ensure seamless execution.

This is a full-time role that requires strategic thinking, excellent leadership skills, and strong communication abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8–10+ years of finance management and/or transformation consulting experience at a large organization
  • Technical competency in Record-to-Report (R2R), including Financial Close & Consolidation, Cost Accounting, General Accounting, and/or Intercompany Accounting
  • End-to-end process knowledge of R2R, including process design and optimization
  • Strong leadership skills with an executive presence
