Care Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Care Support Specialist to provide individualised care to our residents living at a multicultural village.
As part of our dedicated care team, you will support registered nurses with administering and monitoring medications while delivering personal care. You will empower our residents to maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life.
With your high standards in clinical and compassionate care, you will have the opportunity to innovate and excel in a role where you can make a meaningful difference. We value candidates who have empathy for older people and a commitment to meeting their needs.
The ideal candidate will possess a recognised Certificate III or IV in Aged Care with completion of the module HLTHPS007 - Administer & Monitor Medications. They will also have 12 months+ experience delivering exceptional customer service within the Aged Care industry.
