Care Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to support individuals with mental health needs in living independently and thriving in their communities.
About the RoleAs a Mental Health Recovery Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing daily living assistance to participants with complex support needs, enabling them to integrate safely into the community. You will work closely with participants, their care teams, and families to promote social, vocational, and living skills, fostering independence and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide safe and supportive access to the community
- Build supportive relationships with individuals, their care team, and families
- Offer emotional and crisis support
- Access other support services and provide multi-level support during clinical consultations
- Develop daily living abilities and routines for participants
You will also mentor participants in establishing life skills, education, health and fitness, and work skills as directed.
