Job Title: Community Care Support Specialist

 

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to support the elderly within their community, enabling them to remain living independently at home by assisting with daily activities such as domestic assistance, personal care, attending appointments and grocery shopping.

This role is an opportunity to make a real difference in the community, working closely with qualified healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care. Successful applicants will receive industry-leading training and development opportunities to ensure they excel in this rewarding role.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with domestic tasks including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Provide personal care assistance including showering, toileting, grooming, and dressing
  • Accompany clients to appointments and assist with grocery shopping
  • Promptly administer medication as required
  • Document and report on client progress as needed

 

Requirements:
  • A current driver's license and own vehicle (mandatory)
  • An NDIS worker screening check or willingness to obtain
  • A current and valid First Aid Certificate (mandatory)
  • A Working with Childrens Check (Paid) (mandatory or willing to obtain)
