Job Title: Trust Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Trust Analyst. This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in trust operations and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly trust determination models
  • Assisting with trust reporting, including investor reports and pool stratifications
  • Performing bank reconciliation of the trust cashflows
  • Processing daily cash sweeps and disbursements
  • Assisting with trust operational tasks, including write-offs, bill payments, and customer repayment queries
  • Performing cashflow analysis of trust accounts, forecasting upcoming funding drawdown requirements
  • Cash distributions
  • Assisting with audit queries & requests

Requirements:

  • Qualified CPA/CA or studying towards this qualification
  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience with intercompany accounting and preparing balance sheet reconciliations
  • Solid grasp of accounting standards & principles
  • Intermediate to Advanced level Excel skills
  • Proven experience in process improvement
