Trust Operations Specialist

The Client Services Officer role involves delivering exceptional client service and support to internal and external clients. As a key member of the Client Services Team, you will be responsible for administering payment functions, providing daily operational and compliance support, and maintaining effective operational client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a working knowledge of assigned Trusts and execute all payment instructions within agreed timeframes and Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
- Develop and maintain effective operational client relationships for assigned clients / trusts, ensuring adherence to all relevant policies and procedures.
- Utilize internal control checklists, invoice and bill clients, and complete Onyx Diary entries and follow-ups in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with Policies and Procedures, assist with Client Management and liaison, and archive and file documents as required.
- Act as a backup for other team members, possessing a good working knowledge of systems used within the team, and participate in team projects as necessary.
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar client service role is required, with prior experience in custody or securitisation being highly advantageous.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, along with the ability to maintain robust relationships with both internal and external clients and contacts, are essential.
- Ability to multitask effectively across various responsibilities, coupled with strong attention to detail and a commitment to outstanding client service, is vital for success in this role.
