Operational Excellence Specialist

This role involves overseeing the daily operations of trust accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing the disbursement of funds.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, communicating with clients and external service providers, and driving operational efficiencies and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring timely completion of operations without errors
  • Preparing reports and coordinating with team members to enhance productivity
  • Payment approval processing and bank account establishment to ensure secure transactions
  • Maintaining a diary of client and regulatory obligations to stay on top of deadlines
Requirements:
  • 3-7 years experience in a similar operational role is required
  • Australian based experience is necessary to understand local regulations
  • Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and compliance systems to drive results
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field to provide a solid foundation
