Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Trust Operations Manager located in Bondi Junction, NSW. Some work from home is acceptable. The Trust Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of trust accounts, including maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and overseeing the disbursement of funds. Key tasks include reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and coordinating with other team members to ensure seamless trust account operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Trust Operations, Account Management, and Financial Services
- Proficiency with Excel, Reporting Tools, and Compliance Systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience working for a trustee, fund admin, funds managment or banking
