Property Consultant

Join our organization as a Property Consultant and embark on a career that requires strategic negotiation and property management skills. Your key responsibilities will include securing agreements with landowners for the establishment of new telecommunications facilities.

This role plays a vital part in our success, making it suitable for a highly motivated individual who has a passion for delivering positive client outcomes, effective stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site acquisition and property activities for new and existing telecommunications sites.
  • Negotiate lease and licence agreements that meet legal, financial and property management requirements.
  • Prepare legal instructions and track progress of legal negotiations through to completion.

About You

We are seeking someone with relevant tertiary qualifications in technical, engineering, project management or related disciplines, combined with experience in operations delivery and services operations management.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in contract management, dispute resolution and stakeholder engagement.

Your strong analytical and communication skills will enable you to effectively manage complex projects and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
