Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying suitable sites for EV charging networks across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying land and ownership, and conducting cold calls with owners to negotiate property contracts and commercial agreements.
  • Conducting feasibility and due diligence on potential sites.
  • Working closely with the Engineering and Delivery team for design and development management duties.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a property role, preferably in commercial property, renewables, or telecommunications.
  • The ability to confidently engage with property owners and negotiate agreements.
  • Familiarity with regional areas and strong ability to close out commercial negotiations.
  • Experience in site acquisition within telco is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A full driver's license and own vehicle.
