Acquisition Manager Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Acquisition Manager to lead the identification, sourcing and evaluation of potential development sites across NSW, VIC and QLD.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare feasibility studies, cash flows and sensitivity analysis on potential sites to inform acquisition strategies.
  • Engage with real estate agents, landowners and councils to uncover new opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Develop commercial/investment analysis documentation to support internal approvals and strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing funding packages and evaluating rezoning potential, planning restrictions and local market drivers.
  • Negotiate acquisitions with the team and monitor market trends, competitor activity and economic indicators.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential sites with clear market tracking and provide valuable insights to our client's development projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in acquisition and analysis of development sites/properties.
  • Strong analytical nature and exposure to feasibilities, with excellent communications and networking skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive business growth through strategic acquisitions.
