Job Description:

As a Performance Test Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our digital transformation project. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in performance testing and experience working with LoadRunner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Extracting non-functional requirements (NFRs) from NFR documents and collaborating with business and platform owners.
  • Maintaining regular communication with the business/development team manager through daily/weekly reports.
  • Developing test scripts and workload modelling.
  • Executing sanity tests, load tests, soak tests, and stress tests as required by the project.
  • Analyzing test results and preparing comprehensive test summary reports.

Prior experience with Apache JMeter, programming/scripting languages such as C/C++, Java, Perl, Python, or SQL is advantageous. Additionally, experience working with cloud environments, including AWS or Azure, and familiarity with APM tools like AppDynamics is highly desirable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance testing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential in this role.
