Job Title: Digital Transformation Specialist

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our digital-first strategy, working closely with the Digital Trade Lead to drive online sales growth and customer-centricity.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in e-commerce trade and operations excellence, strong analytical skills, and experience in conducting user research. Additionally, they should have demonstrated ability in executing e-commerce activities such as merchandising and campaign delivery, as well as a solid understanding of A/B Testing and Google Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse customer data across multiple channels to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain site merchandising and conversion dashboards and reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute engaging e-commerce campaigns
  • Take ownership of sales, profit, and conversion rates

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce trade and operations excellence
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to convert data into actionable insights
  • Experience conducting user research, including surveys, tests, and heatmaps
  • Demonstrated ability in executing e-commerce activities
  • Understanding of A/B Testing and Google Analytics
